About WE FOOT
As avid sports enthusiasts, we always found it uncomfortable when our feet slid around in our shoes during sudden stops or changes in direction. These traditional sports socks not only fell short when our feet got sweaty or in rainy conditions, but also caused discomfort with their bulky silicone pads, often resulting in blisters and inadequate shock absorption.
To tackle this issue, we embarked on a journey to create our own grip solution. Our goal was to craft socks that would prevent slipping, even in wet conditions, while offering thin yet effective shock absorption. The breakthrough came with the use of ‘Impact-absorbing Polyurethane Foam’ from smartphone LCD displays.
Leveraging our 30 years of experience and expertise in shock-absorbing polyurethane foam, we incorporated unique polyurethane grip pads both inside and outside of the socks. Through continuous research and development, we identified the optimal material and arrangement of polyurethane pads capable of securely gripping the foot and providing sufficient shock absorption during intense physical activity.
