  • Orders placed after 05:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered within:

  • All orders are shipped using our Free Standard Shipping method.
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
  • We do not offer expedited or international shipping.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is 100% free on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
If an order is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we will assist you where possible:

  • A package marked Delivered by the carrier is considered delivered.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • If your package appears lost, contact us and we will help you file a carrier investigation.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
